Fast Core Slabs Are suitable for the following applications:
SUSPENDED STRUCTURAL FLOORS
Consisting of high tensile pre-stressed wire, standard 5mm to 12.5mm for maximum strength, the hollow core slabs can be used as floor slabs instead of reinforced in-situ concrete flooring.
The advanced nature of the slab technology allows the floor slabs to be used as ceilings, with soffits smooth enough to be painted without plastering. Our flooring slabs can be designed in order to allow spans of up to 12 meters with wire patterns using 5 mm wire and 9.54 and 12.5mm strand design.
Our in-house engineers will provide details on load and span capabilities for any type of required application.
GROUND STRUCTURAL FLOORS
Fast Core floor slabs are suitable for ground floor and paving or bridging applications due to their strength and quality derived from the use of fast-hardening concrete.

A complete package:
- A complete package, initial building design, in the form of technical advice or
information to engineers, architects, builders, quantity surveyors, developers etc. - The floor layout drawing from the architectural drawing provided by the customer.
- Placement of the flooring slabs by our experienced fixing crew on-site using a mobile or
tower crane. - Fast Core hollow slabs allow the brick work to resume immediately after the slabs
have been installed and grouted into place. - There is no requirement for back propping.
